This can be painful to the point where you might even feel that you can no longer go on and that you might just explode. The reason that this happens is that when something bad happens or a series of bad things happen, you will have pain that allows negativity to fill your organs and your soul.

Everyone has had bad things happen here and there but what is it that hurts your soul to make you feel so bad? What part of the spiritual being that you are has to deal with the pain and suffering of things that are hard and things that are bad? This kind of emotional pain can come when bad things happen or when you really want something that you can’t seem to get.

The best thing that you can do is to not let this kind of pain fill your soul and one thing you can do is to figure out what is causing it!

It can cause you to really dislike yourself and have no confidence. The truth is, you are who you are, and you need to learn to have confidence in being the best that you can be.

Another thing that can make you unhappy in your soul is trying to be someone that you aren’t. Do you ever go out with people, and you have to be completely opposite of who you are? Just like when you were in elementary school and you wanted to fit in with the popular kids, you might feel that you have to do this to fit in even now.

This kind of behavior that happens over and over can cause grief in your soul. If you are always trying to be someone that someone else wants you to be or you are always afraid of being yourself, it can make your soul heavy.

  • Not Being Understood

People won’t always understand you or what you’re going through. Humans try to look at things from different perspectives especially if it isn’t something they are going through. If you aren’t being understood, it can cause your soul to ache. Look for people that understand you and want to be part of your life.

  • Chaos

If you are in a place of constant chaos, this can cause you to be unhappy and stressed. This can be your home; this can be your office or anywhere that you go. If you have a home that is full of clutter and garbage it can cause you stress and anxiety and can even lead to depression. Keep your house clean and your space tidy to feel better.

  • Not Reaching Your Full Self

One of the hardest things for people to face is not reaching their full potential in life. Everyone falls shorts and everyone misses a goal here and there. If you feel that you aren’t successful enough and you wish that you were, this can cause you to have an unhappy soul. Everyone fails and everyone messes up, but you have to keep trying.
